Hey everybody!
So I stumbled upon this site when googling what the best jeans are for short husky gals like myself and thought i'd give it a try!

Long story short, I went on depression medication my freshman year after struggling with a borderline eating disorder and exercise compulsion (barely lost weight after several months of this behavior, just made myself unhappy), gained almost 50 pounds and am not satisfied with where i am right now, my mind is healed, but my body has suffered.

I'd like to do this thing right and get myself back into shape before I graduate from college next June, at least be back where I started college if not lighter!

I'm good with food, however I struggle with exercise and am hoping having some people to talk to will help keep me accountable, as I find it very easy to justify bad actions to myself.

Any tips on effective and fun exercise techniques are always appreciated, as i suck at running and get bored easily :-/

Hi and welcome to 3FC.

I use DVDs and the treadmill at home.

Good luck with your goals.
