I'm not allowed to post pics yet, but I would like to share the pride I'm feeling for myself. I just looked in the mirror after getting dressed and noticed how awkwardly baggy my size 18's are getting. I still can't really get into 16's yet - but I've reached that in-between phase when you know you're almost there. :D

I started trying to lose weight in early June, but it's really picked up big time in the past few weeks...especially since I started the shred. Toning and inch loss is happening at an alarming rate now... I'm loving it.

6.5 down! Yay! :)

I agree, the 30 day shred is a great workout. Of course, I don't claim to do everything 100% correct, but I do believe I am getting results already. I am on Day 16.
