Do you adjust your insulin depending on what you eat? If so, then you can have whatever you like, in moderation of course! ;)

Cheesecake is very easy to make using splenda and there are many recipes for this. I posted the recipes for "Le Pomme Noir" a dark chocolate and apple cake with no flour that is quite wonderful, and sinfully delicious. ( I think its under low carb recipes, you will have to search it out.
Of course, you shouldn't sit out for whatever treats are in store, permanent denial isn't good either. Happy birthday
