Default Focus remedies?

For some reason this past month I've noticed that I don't have the same focus that I used to. I'll be cleaning the living room and notice that I didn't finish putting together a photo album, so I'd switch to working on that. Then while working on the photo album I'll use the restroom and realize I need to clean the sink and the next thing I know I'm cleaning the whole bathroom. The worst is when I'm trying to do my reading for school. I now have to close the office door and leave all electronics out so I don't get distracted. When reading I notice that I go through the motions but later have no clue as to what I just read. I end up re-reading paragraphs over and over until I understand the material.

I've been to GNC and know they have a few products for focus. But I'm not sure about how well they work, or if they'd help me. I also read Ginko will help, but upon researching it I found a few studies that proves it doesn't do much if anything.

Just wondering if any of you have tried any GNC products for focus or if you know of any other tricks or remedies for me. Any help would be great!

How's your sleep? If you're not getting enough sleep (or if you're not getting good, quiet, quality sleep), it can really impact your ability to concentrate. So can stress.

As far as supplements, the B complex vitamins can help. And you can find them everywhere.
