New to this...not sure how I am supposed to post, but I want to get in on this challenge. I leave for Jamaica three weeks from today and am 17 pounds away from my goal weight. :(
I'd like to lose 10 pounds in three weeks, but I don't think that is realistic. I definietly want 5 pounds.
How do you work through the cravings?!!!!

There's a lot of good info about managing cravings in the Support Groups part of the forum. Another thing you can also try is the search function, and key in "cravings" or something like that.
