Hey all!
Just wondering if any of you gals (or guys?!) have any good on the go snack ideas. I'm trying to make a list of snacks. Being out and about if often when I crumble with temptations and I want to be prepared for when I leave home to have handy ready to go snacks with me at all times!!

So far I've thought of

Cereal Bars
Raisins
Nuts


There's always fruit as well but I'm kind of thinking of stuff that will be durable if I'm out longer.

Also my snacks would usually be about 100-150 kcals!

Any suggestions would be great!!

what's your eating plan?
How about cheesetrings, or if you're out longer, mini babybel cheese
small apple
berries
baby carrots hold up well
almonds
sunflower seeds
protein bar
natural pb with celery

tuna pouches or pull-tab tins also :)
