Jennifer 3FC 10-04-2002, 11:12 AM There is so much more to it than counting calories, if you want to do it the healthy way. You should be taking into consideration the fat, carbs, sodium, fiber, at minimum. I would recommend www.fitday.com , it is very in depth, free, and has a lot more options. Jennifer 3FC 10-04-2002, 11:58 AM I didn't think about this earlier. I saw on the calorie king website that they had nutrition info for fast food restaurants. We have a guide here on the 3FC site that has complete nutritional information. I'm not sure if FitDay has fast food info or not. I keep meaning to log in and try it, but just never get a chance. You can see it at: http://www.3fatchicks.com/fast-food/ Hope this helps! MrsJim 10-04-2002, 02:10 PM Hey Jen - here's a MUCH better site than Fitday if you want stats (Have you noticed that Fitday doesn't show sugar grams under carbs - that drives me nutz). This is the USDA's Food Composition Data site - it rocks! http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/index.html vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
