Default Wow.... Trigger discovery
Wow....... So on my 6th day of the diet, I discovered one of my sweet triggers... Anger.. That's crazy.... I knew stress was one, but wow this is a strong craving.... Just came on to work through it, I won't give in...

I'm the same way... Anger and anxiety. I always thought of it like I'm taking the anger out on my body by eating. I'm trying to change this way of thinking, but it takes work...

Thanks, Im happy to say I worked through it... I did not give in. :-) I weight tonight..... Been on diet one week... Hopefully lost SOMETHING!!! :-)
