Wow....... So on my 6th day of the diet, I discovered one of my sweet triggers... Anger.. That's crazy.... I knew stress was one, but wow this is a strong craving.... Just came on to work through it, I won't give in...
I'm the same way... Anger and anxiety. I always thought of it like I'm taking the anger out on my body by eating. I'm trying to change this way of thinking, but it takes work...
