I was looking all over for a 190s thread, and was gonna start one if no one else did lol! Today is not my 'official' weigh day either, but i weighed 197.5 this morning on Wii Fit Plus. (I normally weigh my 'official' days on the regular scale, and this past Monday, I was at 199.8, so I don't know how accurate the Wii Fit is)

Goals for this month:
-Do The Biggest Loser:Last Chance Workout DVD 6 days/week
-Eat on plan, and eat enough calories
-Get out of the 190s by the last day of July!

I know, I hadn't been here in awhile and when I came back I couldn't believe there isnt a new one!

Today I weighed in at 198.2. I have been in the 190s since JANUARY! & this time I plan to be out SOON! We can do this ladies!!

IndiaBound-I think i'm with ya, bein out of the 190s by last day of July...8lbs by end of month, wonder if I can do it?

Oh I definitely need to join in. I had done so well and was down to the 170's but slowly creeped back up. I weighed in at 195.2 this morn, I weigh several times a day, religiously though.

Hah, I was just looking for this thread. Thanks for making it!

I've been hovering in the 190s for too long. Just today I weighed myself as 198! I'm pretty ecstatic about that, because I've been stuck on 199 for a long time, despite my clothes becoming increasingly loose on me.

UGH!!! Just when I was trying to get back on track and get things rolling, TOM decides to show u , but, since my last weigh day, I have lost 0.3lbs. So it is a start I guess... but, since i started TOM, I gained 2 lbs that I had lost! SOOOO ANNOYING! I am just going to stick with my workouts and drink plenty of water so that I don't retain a whole bunch!

I am so sick of the 190s I could scream!! My official weigh day is Friday and I would LOVE to be out of them by then, but I just can't see it happening. It has taken me SIX MONTHS to lose 10 pounds!!

Today is the first day in a long time where I have really taken it seriously and done what I need to do. I have already packed my gym things for the morning and I am so ready to do this! I think I need a tattoo on my hand so every time I reach for something naughty I remember what I'm trying to achieve!!

I've been in the 190's and stuck there for about three years and I am so ready to leave it forever. I'm at 193 right now, but I'm planning by the first of next month to be free of it forever!
