I have a pretty sweet scale. Its programmable for your age height and weight, it reads your weight, bmi, water level, and muscle level. Some ppl say they are not 100%, I get that, but it really helps. I got it for 30 bucks at frys electronics, you can also try bed bath and beyond... but they are pricey. I like this kind of scale more than one that simply reads your weight. It even tells me based on my stats how many calories I should consume. It can tell I'm obese so it sets at a lower amount.

Hi Sarah, what is the name on your scale. I have a nice scale. You put in your height and save it, but it only tells me my BMI, how many pounds I've lost and I think that is it. I'd love to have one like yours.
