Why not list our goals for July, and have a spot where not only we can gather support, but also hold one another accountable.
My goals are:
1. Get to 145
2. Exercise 5 out of 7 days a week
3. Continue to work on my rockin tan!:carrot:

I've been out there just winging it for a while. I've been adjusting to a new situation and even faster lane lifestyle and see all I've been eating is carbs.....
I have 3 weeks until my birthday and would like to have some semblance of self control by then so I was wondering what I could do that might have some concrete impact in such a short time.
So I thought I'd give the famous Atkins induction a shot. This morning I didn't even know what I weigh [normally I weigh myself daily but got out of the habit lately], but I officially started today figuring I can weigh in tomorrow morning.
So far so good, I'm outrageously thirsty, and all I can think about are all the carbs laying around for my 3 year old's consumption! Still, I'd like to feel good about myself for once on a birthday....
