As I suspected the WI wasn't good. Gained .8 lb. I got to stop this.

hummus on ww mini-pita with lettuce 2

Yikes, i thought i did this.

bad, bad , bad days ahead. - how can computer technology create such monsters -- yesterday i really hated my job, today, i'm barely tolerating it.
