Red face Slowly making it to...

I'm slowly making it to the wagon.

I gave up sodas for 3+ years...came back home from college and started living on diet sodas with mom. I'm taking those sodas away again..and will start changing some more things.

I'm on my way to the healthy wagon...it maybe a slow crawl..but I'm going!

How did you do it? I've been trying to give up sodas for about a year now. But I always sneak a can or two during the week; I cannot seem to let them go.

That's a hard change to make. Once you drink enough water/tea to replace it the cravings start to go away. I do treat myself to a diet soda every so often though. I used to drink like a 2L a day of sugar soda! =X
