Yesterday, September 28, started the new 28 day challenge - are we supposed to report each day, or just at the end of the week?
If we are to report, can someone tell me how?

Krickett - go to the thread "Day One of the New Challenge - I'M PUMPED". Then each day there'll be a new thread "Day Two, etc.".

That is what I thought - there would be a "thread", problem is - I don't know how to find them here! I can get to the main board and then get totally lost!
How can I *see* the threads?

Just look for day 1 day 2 ..ect If it's there you'll find it. Its 1 point for water 1 point for exersize and 2 points for food. with the exersize you dont have to do it everyday just decide what you want to do over a week and if you do it you get 7 points at the end of the week if you dont you get 1 point for every day you did exersize. bit confusing but youll get the hang of it. :)

Thanks, I am slowly catching on :) I appreciate your clear, concise answer to my question ... so far, so good ... hope I can continue to hang in there today. It's a rough one!
