Question Too full??

I'm on day 2 of medifast, but I just seem to be too full to eat as often as the diet requires.. Anyone else have this problem? What did you do to solve it?

Depends on what I'm eating. I switch back and forth between solid foods and liquid foods to keep from being 'too' full. For liquids I do the hot chocolate (but cold as it's summer ) shakes, and pudding (which is kinda between solid and liquid, but I count it as a liquid.

Today is only my third day OP, but I find that the bars and brownies don't make me feel as full afterwards. The soups, shakes, and oatmeal really fill me up. Maybe alternate meal types?

Maybe you can adjust how fast you eat? Idk if that would do anything, but it's an idea.
