thai spinach and chicken in light coconut sauce
w/thai jasmine rice
exercise- brisk dog walk, brisk dog walk, not brisk dog walk and gym
water: si,si
vitamin: yup

Not too bad a day. I'm nervous about my WI tomorrow. Had some bad days this weekend. Didn't even bother journaling, but I'm back to it today.

bean/cheese quesadilla 4

Snack

veggie sausage 2

Dinner
veggie meatballs 3
sauce 1
salad 0
garlic bread 3

Total: 21 before evening snack
