Default NSV- Biking!
Hey guys,
I've been in a serious slump lately. Eating lousy and not exercising enough. But today I rode my bike 2 miles to the gym, worked out, and rode 2 miles home! I didn't walk up the hills or anything! It's a small NSV but I'll take it!

I personally would have caught a cab home being that my legs would feel like lead but...

I just did the googlemap bike calculator and it was 3.5miles each way! Woo, 7 miles!

Even better! Congrats on doing more than you thought! I used to bike to my workouts too. I live in a very bike friendly town... I need to start biking again.
