Default Have Taken The Advice Given Re: Legs ...Now TUMMY

Howdy Ho!

By the 4th of July I have to look "decent" in this white bikini that I recently purchased. Thank you to every one who gave advice on the various squates to tighten the thighs and boo-tay. Lol. I have been hitting the squats and lunges hardcore. Speaking of which I am SO very sore right now!!

Now, I need some killer ab excercises. I have been doing about 100 crunches a day. Regular and bicycle. But I feel as though I need to up the anti to get this belly in presentable shape.

Suggestions??? Thanks!

Dont forget about that lower tummy. Plank and Leg Lifts will help work that area.

Well, belly fat is primarily diet, so as long as you have that in check, I make the following suggestion... chuck the 100 crunches!

Grab a 10 or 15lb weight plate (you can buy one cheap at WalMart if you workout at home) and do slow crunches with it... 3x12-15 if you want. Very, very slow. I promise it will kick your *** far more than 100 plain ones

CandyKisses - Oh yes! I definitely cannot forget the lower abs. Thats actually the worse part! Lol. Thanks!

Sacha - I actually used a weight yesterday and this mornng when doing my crunches for the first 15 or so crunches. And yes, I did kick my butt. Maybe ill just use the weight form here on out and not even bother with the regular crunches. Thanks!

I would second planks! Six inches are also great for the lower tummy. If you arent familiar with them im sure you tube has some vids. Good luck!
