By the 4th of July I have to look "decent" in this white bikini that I recently purchased.
Thank you to every one who gave advice on the various squates to tighten the thighs and boo-tay. Lol. I have been hitting the squats and lunges hardcore. Speaking of which I am SO very sore right now!!
Now, I need some killer ab excercises. I have been doing about 100 crunches a day. Regular and bicycle. But I feel as though I need to up the anti to get this belly in presentable shape.
Suggestions??? Thanks!
