That's great! Feeling self conscious sucks, and when it is hot out it is nice to have the freedom to wear what is comfortable for temperature AND appearance!

That's great!!!! It's amazing how big an effect that a little success can be!! I have only lost 23 pounds, but I have gained the confidence that I can actually do this!!
