I am up a few pounds since my little M&M binge on Sunday. Mondays reading was 202.4. Today was 201.8...so its heading in the right direction.
Honestly, I had a little pity party last night and had more than I planned and the calories added up to 1900. It was time to get serious with myself. I CANNOT lose any weight on 1900 cals. Well, maybe 0.10 a week... lol.
Lunch came up. I have been adding chocolate to my lunch all week (its on plan) because I find it comforting and I am in pain. So, its a little something I can add in. PLUS its a buffer. I say I can't go get that milkshake because I already had my chocolate.
Anyway, lunch came. I had my soup(240) and my chocolate (150) and was not hungry. But I wasn't FULL either. And I JUST happened to have some cheeze its in the car(180). But I AM NOT HUNGRY.
WHAT IS MY PROBLEM.
So I sat here in my office and OUT LOUD had a stern talking to with myself. I didn't eat the cheeze its.
I win.
