Default Green Monsters

So my sister just introduced me to these and I was so excited I had to come post! Has anyone else tried these? Its basically a fruit/veggie smoothie. I totally thought the spinach would be weird, but I couldn't even tell it was in there. A serving of veggie, fruit, and dairy all in one cup...makes me happy
2-3 cups spinach or Kale, 1 cup milk (cows, soy, almond, rice), 1 banana, ice...all thrown into a blender.
This website has a TON of different recipes for green monsters greenmonstermovement.com Tomorrow morning I'm going to try throwing some strawberries in there too.

I was sitting in front of the computer sipping on a green smoothie and saw this thread! I make mine in my vitamix with a carrot, a handfull of spinach, frozen blueberries (or other frozen fruit) 1/2 of a banana, silken tofu, a dash of water, some ice, amazing green powder, green whey and some agave or honey. yum and a real energy booster.
**yeah, I know I'm not 20 something, but I feel like it!!

It's a great way to get a serving (or 2) of veggies because the fruit overwhelms the spinach and you can really pack it in.

It sound interesting, but I don't think I could try it! My blender stinks, so all I can imagine is taking a sip of that and having a long string of beaten up spinach follow with it.

There are already made green monster drinks in the supermarket, and I love those!

I think I might have to try that! I am definitely veggie-challenged... haha

I just bought a new blender. I have been wanting to try the smoothie thing. This sounds very interesting! Can't wait.
