Myself and my family go camping every weekend in the summer. As you know that usually means alot of unhealthy, fattening foods. I was wondering if anyone has any good recipes or ideas for my meals while there? Even though I do have a grill and electric skillet there that still doesn't make it easy to create something healthy. I have never tried turkey dogs or turkey burgers because it sounds kind of gross, but is it? Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions.

I know what you mean about the turkey burgers/dogs, but I like the Jennie-O ground turkey and we make 4-6 (depending on who's making them) burgers from a pound of the ground turkey and season them up with various spices, and they cook up wonderfully - pretty much the same. I don't eat beef/pork, and never was a big hot dog person, but we camp out a lot as well, and he wanted to bring hot dogs, so went with the Jennie-O brand of turkey dogs(which ended up cheaper and less calories than Oscar-Meyer ones).
I also scramble up some eggs before we go and just put them in a baggie, so we have some protein for breakfast and no mess :) ... and cook up a few turkey sausage links as well. They stay fine in the cooler - we just reheat them in a skillet over the fire. ... Also the shake/pour pancakes are easy to whip up - just add water.
Another staple of a few meals for us is canned white meat chicken ... i cook the Knorr/Lipton Spanish rice (or whatever variety you like) and it cooks in 7 minutes vs. 20 for others ... then add the drained, canned chicken, corn, black beans, etc. whatever you want and it's easy to count the calories on the total pot and divvy it up. I'm always aiming on one pan/pot to clean :)
We basically eat just as healthy when we're camping as when we're at home, with the exception of fewer veggies :) ... I bring along a good bit of fruit that won't get smashed, as well.

I make chili when I go camping and I'll also pre-prepare some type of salad like a lower calorie coleslaw and then I take a bunch of veggies to grill. Usually our camping food is pretty low calorie.

Freeze cups of yogurt ahead. They'll thaw in cooler but make easy breakfasts or snacks the first few days.
