Default Nauseous due to vitamins?

I just bought some new vitamins last. I took one last nite right away & shortly after I felt bloated. I did not loose anything last nite (last couple days I have been loosing a lb a day). I was also up most of the nite so I decided to take a one this morning after I ate breakfast. Shortly after I started feeling nauseous. Does anyone have this happen due to vitamins? Should I give it a couple more days to see what happens or go buy different vitamins?

I have to take vitamins all the
time and that has never happened to me.
I'd say give it a couple days. If you're still feeling
that way then try different vitamins.

I have had an issue with my vitamins making me naseaus too and I found that the key is lots of water. I take mine right after my lunch with lots of water... at least 2 large glasses full, and if I start to feel icky I just drink more water and the naseaus feeling goes away. That being said, I havent felt naseaus in a long time... either I am used to the vitamins now or just drinking enough water

yes, I bought some vitamin D tablets that gave me gas (upset my stomach a little). I changed to fish oil gel pills.

These are the multi vitamin big bulky tablets (kinda chaulky) The store did not have the 1 a days that I normally bought so I went with a generic brand. The 1 a days I get are usually coated & smaller.

I've had that feeling after taking vitamins too - usually if I don't eat. I drink coffee and take my vitamins BEFORE I have breakfast every morning, right around 7am. On weekends, I sometimes don't have breakfast until 9 or 10:00 - that is when I feel nauseous. Some vitamins, like some meds, just need to be taken with food, even if it's just a piece of toast or whatever.
