6 large eggs, 1 cup heavy cream,salt and pepper to taste,1 cup grated cheese ( swiss or cheddar is best) 1/2 cup crisp bacon crumbled. preheat oven to 350. Butter a qhiche pan, beat the eggs with the cream , salt and pepper,Add the cheese and bacon, mix. pour into buttered quiche pan. Bake for 40 minutes or till golden brown. 2.4 grams carbs
