Beer
I used to drink 2-3 times per week, anywhere from 1-6 beers at a time. Ever since calorie counting, though, I've quit drinking. I could not believe that I was drinking around 500 calories in beer if I drank 6 lite beers. I also would overeat after drinking. Some days, my calories just in drinking and overeating would add up to 800 plus calories! If I had not stumbled across calorie counting, I don't think I would have ever realized how many calories my habit was costing me. Thank goodness, I now know and can get on the road to real weight loss, once and for all!
