i joined this forum a few years ago, i managed to loose 2 stone but fell pregnant im now the heavest ive ever been, thought id get back on 3fatchick again this morning as i was stood in the fridge eating strawberry gatteu for breakfast.
what is realistic in terms of lb loss each week?

Hi nicolae, I was feeling a bit down the other day as I was only lost 1lb last week, but I worked it out and if I lose just 1lb every week until the end of the year I will have lost nearly 2 stone.

So set yourself a 1lb a week target and you'll be practically there by Christmas.
