Sugar Shakers - ham

Are ham slices ok, or do they have too much cured sugar? I usually have some with eggs in the morning. Jaci

JACI, honestly, I really don't eat much ham, but if it has sugar in it, and it still falls under the 3 gram rule, I guess you could eat it. Just watch the portion. If it says 3 grams per 1oz, that's all you could eat, 1oz.
