Aww. Nice!
I DID get to lift heavy stuff! Did some nice heavy back squats, deadlifts (135lbs) which was as heavy as I wanted to go when supersetting with the back squat and I threw in some flat band squats in between sets to get the HR up. Great fun. Then I finished it up with some interval training on the elliptical till the PF started to kick in. I got about 35 minutes. Not bad. I had gym hair when I left so I call it a good workout.
