My WI was not great -- gained 1.6 lbs., but I expected it. I was high all week concentrating more on my HG than WW. I have to concentrate more on WW this week.

Breakfast
protein shake 4

Snack
soy butter on rice cake 2

Lunch
smoked salmon on california bread 6

Snack
protein shake (ww smoothie with tofu and strawberries) 4

Dinner
salad 0
baked tofu 5
cheese 1
croutons 1

Total: 23

Exercise: spin class

pre-meeting snack:
herbal tea
half a bag of mms 3/16
raisins 1/17
dinner:
fresh figs 1/18
latte 2/20
crocanntini 3/23
cheese 3/26
water: only 32 oz so far
vitamin: oh probably
exercise: 45 min elliptical, 30 min dog putter, another 30 min dog putter
