I braved the scales this morning. Down 2.4, so I am off to change the tracker! I have done absolutely nothing different, so I have no idea what happened. I'll take it!!!! lol

I was down 3.8 tonight! My cheeks nearly split, I was grinning so big. LOL I've also reached my second 10% loss! Yay, Me! :D

I changed things up a little this week and tried to eat fewer carbs. That always makes the difference for me.

Diane and Blair; GOOD GOING keep up the good work.
Diane, this time around I added 1/2 to 1 hour of walking 4-6 days a week. The pounds are coming off a little differently, but I feel much stronger and the days when I walk I definitely feel less like munching bad stuff in the evening, not just a mental resistance but the physical desire to eat (junk) is less.

Woo hoo to all of the losers!!!!!

Ok. I weighed this morning even though I weighed on Thurdsay. I wanted to see if the other 1/2 of that pound was gone, and it was plus a smidgeon more. I changed my tracker just to make me happy. lol

For exercise, I'll be starting classes at the Y this week on M-W-F. Also will be walking in the training sessions for the 5k in July.

Well, I get a lot of points right now, so it's easy for me to stay on plan, but I've made a big shift away from any fast food over the last 2 months. In my case I had to go cold turkey because I was eating it 3 meals a day. When I was married, my ex cooked very healthy and in about 18 months after our divorce I gained 100+ lbs. I have started cooking for myself and I love it! I feel better and I get full on much healthier food.

I didn't get to exercise my other 2 days. I was apartment sitting for our son, waiting for UPS trucks to bring things.

WI day~ I'm down 2.8 pounds. I can't believe it! I did not even exercise this week. OK, I did some housework, and was out shopping twice. I was also eating way, way, beyond my daily points and tapping into my weekly and activity points. I also ate out when I was out shopping, so I'm esctatic that I have lost so much. I better not get cocky, they might sneak back on me!
In summary: I have been doing WW online for 3 weeks and have lost a total of 6 pounds, so I'm within the healthy weight loss range.

I better start working on doing some form of exercise if I want to continue to lose weight.

Great going Elyn. I walk outside when the weather is nice, or put Leslie Sansone dvd in if the weather is too hot,or wet. Some go to Zumba class, I tried it but was tripping over my own feet. I always feel better, sleep better and have more impulse (re. cookies) control when I exercise.
Find whatever works for you.

Did not weigh in today, my daughter had softball-we won, and it was her birthday (13). It can wait till next week :) 4 girls staying the night and they are all in the pool right now. Keep you posted if I make it till morning.
