hi, i agree! So easy to put on the weight an not realise until you go to buy a new outfit lol! I have recently had a baby and have decided to finally try an shed some of the extra weight

Amen! I finally went back to weight watchers today. The last time I went was in March and I thought THAT number was bad....nope! Somehow I managed to gain 12 pounds since then. YIKES! It took my breath away- literally gasped- when I saw the number, but I'm still soo glad I finally went back. At least now I know what that number is and where I have to go!
There's part of me that knows I can do this but another part that is completely overwhelmed that I have to lose 30 pounds to even get back to my prebaby bod. 30 pounds. 30 pounds. 30. 30. 30. Guess we'll see which part is bigger next week when I get on the scale again.
