Breakfast:
1/2 C. Fiber One Cereal (I love this stuff & it has
14 grams of fiber per serving!) (1 point)
1/2 C. Skim milk (1 point)
Snack:
1 Lite yogurt (2 points)
Lunch:
1 apple (1 point)
1 C. grapes (1 point)
1 serving Campbell's tomato soup (2 points)
3 saltine crackers (1 point)
1 Serving Baked Lays (2 points)
1 C. Cauliflower (0 points)
Supper:
Undecided as of now, but I'll be back!
