Water Retention Stinks!
I've been super busy the last few days. (Traveled all day Sunday and Today), and had dinner out Friday and Saturday both. On top of that, sitting for long hours in the car, my legs are aching. I'll weigh in the morning and see how much I am up. I think I'll be eating clean, and chugging the water to get back on track. Stocking up on the veggies tomorrow at the grocery store. On the upside, had fun on the way home today. Stopped at the Casino went in with $40, came out with $121 (I'm not a a big gambler). I'm very happy with that. Will be even happier once this water weight is gone and I know what I'm dealing with.
