I think I shall do something organised: cereal and juice; cupasoup and salad; GL 600kcal plus whatever exercise I can persuade my body to do!
Doesn't help I've just come down with something hideously sinus-y!
Apparently at 2lbs per week I could be 13st 10lb when school goes back in September! That's 2 stone down - so I am VERY determined!
