Default Weekly Weigh-in Thread 5/28 - 6/3

Hi! I thought it would be nice to have a weekly weigh-in thread where we can (if we wish) post our results for the week. This really motivated me back when I was in the 100 lb club forum a few years ago. I'm starting it on a Friday simply because that's my weigh-in day (and it's today), but you can just visit the thread on your "official" weigh-in day and let us know how you did. That way, we can congratulate you on your losses and sympathize when you have a gain. Or we can be really good friends and tell you that your scale must be broken and you actually lost weight.

I'll start things off with a bang and tell you that I lost 3.8 pounds this week! Yahoo!

I'm still stalled, but at least I lost .5 pounds this week so far. I'm hoping for a whoosh over the weekend. I better get off this stall soon; I'm starting to look like a Yeti! (refer to mini-goals below)

well even with stress and some junk eating I managed to lose what I gained the previous week and an additional . 4 lbs and am at a all time low of 201.2

I'm down 1.6 for last week. After the worlds longest stall...I'm back at losing consistently again. I stayed the course and let my body "catch up" with me.
