Hi Everyone,
I am really new to this. I am even having problems trying to understand how to do things on here. I have been having alot of problems with dieting and I really want to conquer my goals. I have 30 pounds to lose and am having great difficulty. I have been on the La Weight Loss program since March 23, 2010 and have already fallen off of the wagon. I just finished my bottle of take off juice once again so I hope I can do it this time. I have also noticed that alot of memebers have great ideas about doing this diet for the fraction of the cost. If anyone could help out in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.

PS. How do you track your weight loss with those cute little line graphs??

i am a calorie counter and its worked great for me. the plan is very open and flexible and i can still eat most anything.

this is a great article if youre interested

you just need to create a big enough calorie deficit. you just eat less calories than you need to maintain the weight you're at.

i love it!

I don't focus so much on calorie counting as I do on eating foods that are good for me. I throw out the garbage (trust me- I loathe fast food with the exception of Subway) and replace it with fresh fruit, veggies, some dairy, and lean meat. I throw in some daily exercise (at least an hour) and I have seen results. I also weigh myself every day because I'm a bit OCD and have to know the fluctuations in my weight so that I can tweak things as I go.
