I LOVE THAT! I may just get a tattoo like that when I hit goal or 100 pounds gone. :) LOVE IT!

Mine would be "Now" - as in I am doing it now not later.

If I can get more than one word, it's Eat Less, Move More. or One Bite at a Time.

Otherwise, and at least for today, I think it would be Happy. I'm so happy that I'm doing this, I'm so happy with how I feel and how I look, and I'm so happy that it's becoming easier to make the good choices.

Worthwhile.

There are so many, many reasons why this journey is worth it - namely, MYSELF. I am a wonderful person that deserves to live a happy, healthy life. I didn't think that for a very long time.

mine would say ALMOST because I feel that is me in most situations.. I do stuff almost right, I almost finish.. I almost take action.. uhm I plan to try and become a "NOW" shirt... live in the now, act now.

Hm...I think I have another one I'd like: Triathlon.

dunno if I'll get there or not, but I've tested myself and I believe I can do all three parts successfully for a sprint. Of course I'd b a "complete, not compete" type somewhere in the back of the pack...

uuh a few days ago I saw a girl running in the park with a black t-shirt that said "CHANGE" in rainbow colors. I want THAT shirt now :)
