Anyone else love that site and recipes? Tonight I made the Chicken cannelloni and it was really good.

Even the kids loved it.

Anyone else have a fav from the site?

I love it too! There are a bunch of recipes that I have printed out but haven't tried yet like a crispy buffalo chicken sandwich and some kind of cookie. One that I have tried, though is the eggs benedict. It's one of my favorite things and something I didn't think I would be able to have while dieting so I was really excited to find the recipe- plus it's delicious!

Has anyone gotten the fiber-one coating to work? I haven't, but I think it's maybe because I can't grind the cereal finely enough. I need to find a coffee grinder or something...

I love Hungry Girl!

I thought it was only a book. Didn't know it had a site. Thanks for the link! I'll check it out.

I loooove the Hungry Girl books! I have all 3 of them. I do tweak the recipes fairly often though too.

I love hungry girl! so much that I got all of her cookbooks... She has really helped me with smarter cooking and just a whole lifestyle change. For the fiber one coating I use the magic bullet... it works great. My son use to love chicken nuggets and he is 6 and is also obese... I have been trying to help him lose as well but I use the fiber one coating/egg beaters on the boneless skinless breasts and he loves them and the best part is he thinks they are nuggets. Im going to try a cupcake recipe from her book this weekend

I actually really like the Fiber One coating. I have a food processor, so I grind the cereal really fine in that, and have used it for her onion ring recipe and for chicken.

I also am a big fan of the Shirartaki noodles, La Tortilla tortillas and VitaTops and probably wouldn't have learned about them if not for her site.

I've been intrigued by Hungry girl for awhile but I've never tried any of her recipes. I may have to at this rate!

I love her site! And her onion ring recipe is awesome. It makes it to where you can eat the stuff you like but still lose weight. Can't get any better than that
