I'll go ahead and start us a new one. Haven't posted the past couple of days because I've been busy since the Lost finale!

Phase 2

B-scrambled eggs
L-salad, salmon
S-greek yogurt, strawberries
D-roast sirloin, sauteed zucchini
S-PB cup

L-Lean beef patty/ onions and peppers
S-1/2 apple/Cheese stick
D-1/2 WW English muffin w ricotta/parmesan cheese, salad and two poached eggs

Thanks so much Chelsea!!!! I cant stand it if I dont post lol, and my menu changed already today so ignore the one on the other thread :lol:

B- 2 eggs and skim milk
snack- sf yogurt
Lunch- 3 oz lean ground beef and a slice 2% pepperjack and 2 servings of low sodium v8
supper- lean steak, squash, and kidney beans and another serving v8
snacks- celery and peanut butter and another milk and maybe a sf fudgesicle ;)

Phase 2 (or 1.5?) - 1 fruit, 1 grain, carrots
B- black tea
Running (well, Couch to 5K, second day)
steel-cut oats with mixed berries, veggie sausage, poached egg, low sodium vegetable juice
L - tomatoes with some fresh mozzarella, white bean salad
S - celery and carrot sticks with 2 Laughing Cow light wedges
D - Pan-fried salmon, steamed broccoli/cauliflower mix, huge green salad
Dessert - nonfat Greek yogurt with almonds & walnuts

FitDay says: 1393 calories; 30 g fiber; 36% carbs: 34% fat: 30% protein.

S: String cheese
L: Deli turkey, huge salad, Greek yogurt
S: Carrots, hummus
D: Chicken cooked in LF Italian dressing, peppers, broccoli
S: Almond butter

Another 1/2 pound gone (yes)!!

B- 2 eggs and 1 glass of skim milk
L- huge salad, beans, baked chicken, green beans, spinach, and sf jello
S- baked turkey breast, squash and bean salad and a low sodium v8
snack- another milk, 2 tbls peanut butter and celery

I am increasing my calories today just a bit to see if that tricks my body to lose more... either that or I am just hungry :lol:

Actually wearing just a shirt and capri's, no jacket to hide behind anymore, will enjoy summer more now!!! :lol:

Thanks Christie!!! I feel so much better overall as well, energetic and not many cravings. Can't believe the progress you have made, very inspriing! I actually enjoyed my salad today and found out that I LOVE the spring greens mixture, was so tired of crunching down that romain..., a step in the write direction, find foods we love..!

Lisa- I too am enjoying salad more than I ever have before...crazy huh?? went from eating junk in huge amounts to salad ;) We are on the right track! And thanks for the support, it has made a huge difference in keeping me 100%

pre-B - black tea
yoga class
B - poached egg, veggie sausage with a glass of V8 juice
L - white bean and tuna salad, roasted sweet potato
S - carrot and celery with 2 Laughing Cow light wedges
D - Tempeh "parmesan" with green salad and broccoli/cauliflower mix
Dessert - nonfat Greek yogurt with mixed berries

FitDay says: 1329 cal, 29 g fiber, 42% carbs: 28% fat: 30% protein.

Me for today, first day on phase 2:
B- bite sized shredded wheat with 1% milk
S- sf jello with cool whip and a T peanut butter
L- yummo salad with summer sausage, feta and lc catalina
S- vanilla ricotta creme
S- BBQ steak, veggies, feta and lc 3 cheese ranch
Dessert- vanilla ricotta creme

I am lovin' the sugar snap peas!! Without sugar, they taste like candy now :)

Day 13....YES!!! I knew I could do it :woohoo:

S- turkey breast, cauliflower, okra and beans
snacks- milk, sf yogurt, peanut butter and celery, another v8

I am so ready for Saturday and a 1/2 cup of wheat spagetti ;)

L- chili, mandarin orange
s- pb cup, 2 slices lf sf deli ham, one glass v-8
S- salmon and big salad

I am a little disapointed on the scale this morning, I am up a pound and that is the first time this has happened the whole time, I am no where near TOM so I am hoping it is just fluid, but we shall see...today is my last day of phase one so here is the plan ;)
B- 2 eggs and skim milk
L- turkey breast, v8 low sodium, okra, and squash
S- baked chicken, spinach,(whole can) and 1/2 cup of beans
snacks- celery with peanut butter, another milk, a sf yogurt and maybe another v8

Went up 1/2 # in phase 2 week one, but feel I am loosing inches in the mid section still and hey, this celery has to pay off sometime and not a carrot in sight! Hang in there, I went through a mini set back with the weight gain as I was seeing 10# in a month in my mind, for a wedding I am going to June 5th. It took me a year to get this on, soooo, my problem is I started up 6# from my other high weights so really, what am I thinking....!!!!! BAck to mty normal high weight. We can do it! Lisa

S1- Celery and carrot sticks with Laughing Cow cheese, mixed nuts
D - Leftover tempeh parmesan, steamed broccoli/cauliflower, big green salad
S2/dessert - nf Greek yogurt with berries

s- ricotta creme
L- leftover grilled salmon, salad
s-starbucks skinny cinnamon dolce, a T peanut butter smooshed with a sprinkle of chocolate protein powder and a T cool whip
S- chili
Later if hungry: sf jello

Christian, Right there with ya, babe! Excpet I managed to pork on 2lbs overnight? LOL BUT ..I feel huge and bloated ,(did before my weigh in so it's not in my head) have no idea either as I am not close to TOM..hang in there girl! You're doin' great!!

So glad I got here and just in time for a whle wheat bun for my hamburger at tonights bbq :lol:

L- chili and a side salad with ff italian
S- lean bbq beef burger, 1 ww bun, homeade slaw, deviled eggs and pea salad
snacks- phase one peanut butter cookies (2) and another milk and a piece of fruit, I have to go get some :D and 2 servings of low sodium v8

L-celery stalk with a bit of pb, pepperoni, steamed veggies with feta and vidalia dressing
s-pb cup (also going to squeeze in a latte somewhere LOL)
S- chili (dh had pork alfredo on a huge bed of pasta) Disaster averted!! LOL

Hooray Christian... glad you made it to ph2!

Ph 1 for me still.

S- Turkey Kielbasa & Raw Veggies w/ a little ranch
L- Cheese string (unexpectedly had to stay longer at work):stress:
D- Melted lf cheese on parchment to form a taco shell and stuffed with chicken, lettuce, onions & tomatoes (literally overflowing) and topped with salsa and a dollop of sour cream (sooooooo good :drool:)
S- Not sure yet... I will see how I feel.

S- lean pork, slaw(homeade) and another 2 servings of v8

L- some thing small as it's already 4:30 and I'm still having the latte- woke up really late. Maybe v8 and a cheesestring
S- souvlaki and salad
D- likely a vanilla ricotta creme

Christian, I notice you really love v-8. Have you ever tried it with a sprinkle of pepper, and/or celery seed? It totally kicks it up for a nice change- tastes a bit like a caesar.
