Question Taebo

Does anyone do Taebo anymore? I was thinking about getting into it because I can do the videos in the comfort of my own home. Does anyone have any experience with it and what are the results? I hate working out, I am very sedentary unfortunately, however once I find something I like I will fit it into my routine.

I love Tae Bo and started doing it on a regular basis! I like it because it's fast paced. I don't have the patience for things like Yoga unfortunately. The first time I tried Tae Bo I lost almost 17lbs and that was doing the basics.

I didn't do Tae Bo for a long time. But now that I put the weight back on I decided to do it again since it worked once. This time I bought the Cardio and Fat Blasting DVDs. I still need to buy the resistance bands, but I work up a sweat with out them. I would recommend Tae Bo.
