OK... so... I'm just wondering what you guys think of this. I can't get too warm anyways otherwise I break out into hives and begin feeling faint (stupid cholinergic urticaria), but I do need to get out and get moving.
So... I was just trying to come up with some ways that would make me WANT to get out and do this... here are a few of my ideas... PLEASE help me figure out the best way to do this!
1. Hiking/walking and photography. Pretty much I go on LONG (like, spend at least 30 min) walks with my camera (DSLR), mainly taking pictures of things WHILE I'm moving, occasionally stopping if I want to get one of a specific flower or other such macro shot. I could do a daily blog of my walks, each day posting a new picture (or two) from the day.
2. Horseback Riding... I might be able to do this almost every day for at least an hour for several weeks (at least three) this summer. And not just horseback riding, but grooming, feeding, leading, and exercising horses.
3. Mixing my singing with something else that involves physical exertion. Not only will it help my lung strength, but I'd be moving and it'll help me if I end up doing a stage type of thing, I could sing while moving.
And... I don't know.
I could also dance... but... I don't like dancing alone... but I don't have anyone to dance with...
So... thoughts? Or do you guys think that exercise should be something seperate from activities I would do normally anyways?
