I think I finally figured out what to do. Here lately, it's so hard for me to get motivated for anything. Since I work nights and so does my hubby, I sleep all day and just lay around till it's time to go to work. I dunno what happened today, but something just clicked. I've been eating better and no sodas. Still just feeling down but today when I weighed myself, 2 more lbs lost!! That's 6 lbs in a week! It just made me sooo happy, I called my hubby at work! lol, I know that sounds crazy, he's my biggest supporter and does everything for me. He told me he didn't think I needed to lose weight but still supports me in everything I do.
So today my mood has completely changed. I haven't felt this great in a long time.
Just seeing the scale numbers going down really made me want to keep at it. I went running on the eliptical for a hour with my mp3 player. And plan on doing it when I get home in the morning. I just wanted to share that. It's been a great day for me and I really hope everyone else had a great day and let's continue to motivate each other! Together we can do this!!!!
