According to the "Phase 1 Foods" list that is available here and was revised in May 2008 you can have "yogurt low fat or nonfat plain", but in the grocery store I saw quite a few (well, at least one brand :P) vanilla "sweetened with splenda" yogurt cups...are these okay?


Edit to add: If not, does anyone know if you can buy plain yogurt cups and how many drops of vanilla and splenda you would need to make a vanilla-yummy yogurt?

You can have the lowfat or nonfat yogurt that is sweetened with splenda.

To add your own to plain nonfat yogurt, just start off adding a little flavoring and sweetening at a time, and adjust accordingly. A dash of cinnamon also makes a nice finish.
