Introductions - newbie from houston

I am a mother of two, a 4yr old and a 4 month old. I have been stuck at the same weight for the past 3 months and I need to lose 100 lbs. I would love to lose it slow and steady but lasting. I exercise for an hour 4 times a week but my diet is not very clean yet. I still snack on fiber one cereals and animal crackers and I think they are doing me in. Any advice will be appreciated.:?:

WELCOME! I'm new to this too...
Have you tried journaling? That may help you see what and how much you are eating. Try also writing down how you FEEL when you eat. This may give you some insight.

Welcome from La Porte, TX. Your story sounds exactly like mine!!!! I too have 100 pounds to lose and have lost and gained the same ten pounds since Febuary. Good luck on your journey.
I myself have recommitted myself to weight watchers as of last friday.

Hi and welcome to 3FC.
My biggest advice is to find a healthy plan that fits your life, that you can do for life, and work it, commit to it 150%.
