Good luck everyone. Notice my ticker. I've had a little success after several tough months.

skim milk and cereal
round steak with vegetables recipe from sonoma cook book with brown rice
probably a fruit smoothie

We are skipping phase 1 as both of us have been dieting off and on since Christmas and feel that we have overcome the sugar addiction.

my weight keeps bouncing from 133 back to 131 when I am cheating---this is actually progress as I think I have stopped gaining---if I just eat regular, I weigh 131--if I start to diet and cheat I go up to 133 and then if I eat regular again I weigh 131. Sooooo my goal is to have my top weight at 130 which means I'll probably have to diet to 128 to have that flex thing. This weight has to come off--I am a short person and even those extra pounds make it hard to get up and down and I feel tired alot. Also I have prehypertension and want to not take the water pill the doc ordered. Most of all I just need to eat better for overall good health.

Where is everybody???

I think the site is having difficulties
B: smoothie with Greek yogurt, banana, frozen berries, whey protein, sugar free latte
L: shrimp and pine nut spaghetti, kasha fruit and nut bar
S: nachos the hospital was giving away for free for national hospital week (these celebrations are killing me)
D: seared lamb with balsamic sauce, bulgur and pine nut pilaf, green beans and carrots, glass of Pinot noir.

I haven't been very motivated to exercise lately. I need to get back to it.

I'm back - back for a few days anyway - As I'm going to Dublin for a week next Thursday. So will be eating sensibly all this week. My food and drinking last week wasn't exactly ideal but not too catastrophic either. Plus I stuck to my 30 day challenge on the wii and completed it on Sunday. I may start a new one soon.

Oh, and congrats Mary I know you were getting frustrated with the stall. That's great news.

Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
Veggie wrap
Low fat veggie tikka masala

60 mins wii

Zofia--I failed at wave 1 also so I am doing wave 2 and really enjoying it--the weight loss is basically just maintaining but I am happy for that as I was GAINING so badly before. I hope my body will adjust and start losing some.
I'm post menopausal (that sounds so....something...like..what's next...?) so I can't help you with your question but I do remember feeling BLOATED once a month.

L: lamb chops with balsamic sauce, bulgur pilaf with pine nuts, green beans and carrots

Zofia I don't get a period anymore either because of my birth control choice but I tend to gain before what would be a period and lose the water during that time.
