I have had to stop taking anything non-prescription because I am going to have surgery next week. Today was my first day without my vitamins and I have no energy. I hate this and I can't wait for my vitamins back. I also had to stop my SlimQuick and I'm scared that will mean no loss or even a gain this week. Grrrrrr! Is it Tuesday yet?

First of all hope the surgery isn't anything serious, surgery always sucks no matter how minor or major it is.

I have taken my vitamins so long that I forget that they help me. I would hate to see my lack of energy if I should stop taking them!

Don't worry what the scale may say this week.. and definatley not for a bit after surgery (esp if they fill you with IV fluids!!) your body will go haywire trying to adjust, but be paitent.. it will all be fine in the end.
