I've noticed not too many are posting here, and I have some questions I'm hoping a long-time SB can help me with.
I bought some Triscuit Baked Whole Wheat Crackers. Are these okay to eat? Also, I bought some whole wheat (but low-fat) flour tortillas.
Hope someone out there hears me!

Hi Dazzles!
Have a look around on the SB part in general. I'm not in SB myself, but there are also very good links around and tips. Just read on!
good luck!

I am new at this too. I have been reading up on different foods you can eat and can't. The whole wheat crackers some ok to me. Just look at the ingredients and make sure there is no enriched white flour in it. I think that you are safe if the sugar count is less than three.
Hope to get to know you. I just want someone to talk to that is on this diet to swap recipes, tips, and ideals.

Hi Dazzles,
I'm new here also. The whole wheat triscuits are fine but I think a serving size is 3 or 4 crackers. They are great with a little cheese as a snack.
