Default It just doesn't seem possible

but this mornign the scale says I am down by 6 lbs for the week. I weighed myself twice, and I'm wearing the same nightgown I always wear. I haven't done any exercise proper the last 2 weeks, except for a 3-ish mile walk last wekend and a tiny bit of walking for geocaching. Will do more cache walking today. And of course last week I did a lot of yardwork and housekeeping and tried to just be more active in gewneral. I'm averaging between 1500-1600 calories, which is more than I was eating before, by about 100-200 cals a week.

Is it possible that I've found the right combination for me? I sure hope the scale is not wrong; it's the same one I've been using, not a digital so no batteries to go bad. Maybe all that spinach eating is paying off? I had a few 1 lb weeks, some 2 pounders and a couple that were 3 or more...hmmm...this seems like an awfully big woosh at one time and I'm afraid to believe it's true, happy as that would be for me.

Barb, I would say that the scale is correct and you should be very proud of yourself. It was a great week for you!

I hope so. We weighed a 5 lb bag of sugar on the scale, minus a little bit and it showed around 4 lbs, so it's probably right. I'm thrilled and hopefully it will stick. We'll see what it says next week. Thanks for the well wishes!

Howdy Beth. I seem to be doing great...the scale was down another 3 lbs from last week when I weighed this morning, so maybe I've found the right combo for activity/calories or the moment. I've heard that everyone is different and we all have our own special balance. if I have indeed stumbled upon mine, I am thrilled and grateful!
