Talking I lost 9 lbs this week !! Day 49

I went in today, and after not getting on the scale all week I was down 9 lbs at the center. I got to sign the 30 lb board, and now have 4.5 lbs to loose to make it to the 40lb board. I have lost 35.5 lbs in 49 days! I am so excited.. and I just cant hide it!! I got measured today and I am down 31 and a quarter inches total. My best stats this time were 4 and a quarter inches from my rib area 2 and three quarters from my chest, 3 inches from my hips. one and a quarter from my thighs.....
I ate mainly tilapia this week, walked 7 miles in 5 days and did a pilates workout on wednesday. I feel great!
Thanks for letting me scream this at the top of my lungs! Hugs to you all for your awesome support! ~Angela

Happy dance wooooo hooooo

That is great! Do you mind me asking what you are supplements you are takinf, if any, from the center? I just signed up on Friday and I'm hoping to see good results. They said to get either the cortitrim and mrc-6 or the all day weight loss. I ended up getting the combination, because the all day weight loss was $80 but did I make a good choice? Also, am I the only one that sweats all day on these--is this normal? Thanks!

I took the phentatrim the very first month, to act as a appetite suppressant. Then I ran out and I wanted to see if I could do it on my own. Since then I have been only on a one a day vitamin and fish oil, 2 at each meal.
I started exercising after my first month as well. I have found that that is the best attitude adjustment around. I read yesterday on a thread that exercise is a natural appetite suppressant and that makes sense. I only do 3 hns a day. I do not snack except if I do I do a piece of 1 oz cheese between lunch and dinner.
I drink tons of water. When I first started walking it hurt so bad but after the 4th day I was getting a hang of it. I went from a 45 minute mile to yesterday I finally did it in 16 minutes. I hope to keep making the time go down. But from going from no exercise at all to a mile a day has to have made a difference.
It hasnt been easy emotionally, but I am working on all of that. The house is my safe zone for healthy foods and not too many triggers. This has truly become my "job/hobby" I have great kids that have enjoyed getting their mom back, and a husband that loves getting his wife back. And well I am happy to have my life back
Best wishes ~ Angela

I am truly inspired. I've been on the prgrogram for a month and have lost 10 pounds. If I can only be so blessed to lose as much as you did I would be so grateful. I have a ways to go but i'm on my way. Blessings to you on your journey!
