Hi, Just have enjoyed reading all your posts. I don't have much advice as I just don't believe that MY plan will necessarily work for the next person. My personal belief is that the reason "gimmick" diets fail is becaouse they're made for the "masses" and eating and exercising correctly for life, is a very "personal" thing. You have to figure out what will work for you and it's got to be something you'll be able to "truly" do for life. Not just the "on the bandwagon" first few weeks of "I can follow this program that has some things I don't like about it, but I'll follow for life. Those few "some things" set you up for failure. My story is the same as everyones. Diet after diet. Finally I changed to eating things I look forward to and enjoy, and I regualate the amounts. I give myself "treats" to look forward to through out the week, and I've increased my exercise. I have what I call "my little plan" that works for me. And also it's constantly changing as my likes and dislikes change and things I crave get added here and there. Well, that's about me, I weighed 300 pounds and have taken off 75. I still have a long way to go. Have had the usual ups and downs etc. Will join in when I can, but like I said, I certainly don't have any answers except for me. Nice meeting you all!!! :D
